33 Week Bump
The countdown begins! Basic tasks like bending over to pick something up or tying my shoes are not so basic anymore. I find myself complaining about my back quite often and my yoga practice has disappeared. BUT...London is growing!!! He's over 5 pounds now and getting ready make an appearance. Lil' Pimp (as Steve likes to call him) is super active day and night but he's running out of room. This picture was taken over Thanksgiving/Birthday weekend.

San Diego Baby Shower

27 Weeks and Counting!
You can definitely tell I've gained 20 pounds. The baby has been super active, especially between the hours of 10pm and 2am. Joy joy joy! He must be prepping me for when he finally arrives. In two weeks we're having two baby showers! One in San Diego courtesy of Golsa Brydges and one in LA, thanks to Miss Nancy.

Prego Yoga
I can't bring myself to do "prenatal yoga." I think I would first, die of boredom and second, feel like I was 80 years old. So, still powering through my regular practice with lots of modifications. If I put even the slightest pressure on my belly, London is sure to let me know to stop that with a kick here and there. Almost at seven months!

Two Prego Couples
Here we are with Quentin & Didi, who are also expecting. We're about two weeks apart! It's been great to have a prego BFF here in Phoenix. Didi gets to hear me complain about my pregnancy woes, we go baby shopping, and we can't wait for our November spa day...

Ultrasound @ 21 weeks and 5 days!

The first clear shots of baby London Leighton Osgood :)
His profile, his tiny feet, hanging out with crossed ankles, his nose (exact replica of Steve's), and a yawn! I must say that I teared up at the doctor's office this afternoon. It completely amazed me to see that there's an actual living, growing, tiny human being nestled up in my belly. We had the full anatomical ultrasound, where they checked the heart's chambers, stomach, brain, limbs, spine, you name it. Come to find out the baby was breeched, standing tall in mountain pose! Looks like we'll have one more ultrasound (3D) -- A freebie from one of Steve's colleagues -- at around 30 weeks and that will be it. Enjoy!

Back from Newport Beach & NYC
I'm feeling HUGE! but according to grandma, I ain't seen nothin' yet! It was great to see both sides of the family and it was during these last two weeks that I started to feel the baby moving around. Super excited about our ultrasound on Wednesday! Over vaca I managed to buy the crib, bedding and a few other things that have gotten our nursery off to a great start. Finally done registering too! AND Steve has been amazing. He rubs my belly, talks to it and gives me foot rubs :) So so happy...

Inversions with 5 month mama
I can still invert! hoooray for forearm stand even though my center of gravity has shifted...
19 week belly!
Here I am expanding by the minute so I thought I'd spare you the sports bra pics from here on end. My yoga practice has suffered and my muscles are atrophied but the baby is growing! I'm off to NY to see my family and then taking a week in Newport with Steve. We've made room for the baby nursery, too :)

16-Week Mama
No longer able to squeeze into my skinny jeans so I made a few trips to the maternity store and now I look pregnant, not fat. Hooray! After getting back to Phoenix, my energy came back, with some bouts of exhaustion which force me to take naps, or I yawn incessantly. My trip to La Jolla was a bit much. I think I made it to the beach for all of 15 minutes one day and due to lack of energy, I cancelled a few classes. Stay tuned for pics of me doing inversions with a baby bump and our next ultrasound after Labor Day (no pun intended).
Baby Bump @ 14 Weeks
The nausea and eating every 2 hours has diminished but I'm starting to lose my yogic mountain pose - In it's place is some minor Lordosis accompanied by low back pain. Haven't had much energy for the gym or yoga, but I have hope that it will all turn around soon.

Ultrasound 2
This ultrasound was at 13 weeks and 5 days. Its a BOY!!! Steve is glad to be having a little Tiger Woods :)
Ultrasound 1
Okay, so I found out I was pregnant the day I left for a month in Costa Rica and for some reason from day 1 I felt it would be a boy. Here is the first ultrasound, which I had at 10 weeks. Steve came with me and we actually saw it move! It was definitely the coolest thing I'd ever seen.
